In week 5 we had an EOTC (Education Outside The Classroom) week and we were allowed to dress in mufti clothes. I was sick for every day apart from Monday so I only have one story to tell. On Monday we went on a bike ride to Enfield and back. In the morning we had to bring our own bikes to school which meant I was driven to school by my Mum who was unfortunately coming on the bike ride as well. First we had a safety check performed on our bikes and we then had some “drills” to do to see if we were any good at biking. Once we finished that we began the bike, the confident bikers were at the front and the least confident ones were at the back. We stopped at the gardens to have something to eat and after 15 minutes or so we continued on. We stopped at a bar and they were generous enough to give us some free fizzy drinks and chips. After that we continued back and only had to stop once because people were falling behind.

Persuasive Letter
Tuesday 18th August 2020
Dear Mum and Dad.
FIFA has always been one of the best football based games in the world, and unless you’ve never paid any attention to me you’ll know that I love football. EA Sports are currently in the process of releasing FIFA 21 and as you already know from me begging for FIFA 20 until I got it, FIFA is one of my favourite game series. There are many reasons why I am deserving of this game and hopefully, you will soon see why I should have FIFA 21.
To begin I believe that FIFA 21 will keep me busy for a long time. FIFA 20 is already my favourite game so I should like FIFA 21 even more. I would sit there for days on end performing dragbacks, step overs and rainbow flicks if you would allow me. Unfortunately you do not, but it is still very entertaining even when I only have time to play a couple of matches or make a few signings because as I previously stated I love football, even if it’s virtual.
Secondly FIFA 21 looks very different from FIFA 20. The official gameplay trailers have already revealed new features such as creative runs, technical dribbling and interactive simulating. These features are going to change the way FIFA is played because in certain situations the AI will just stand there without making any runs and you will now be able to dribble past players without having to perform a skill move of some variety.
Thirdly I will be very thankful and I would appreciate it alot. If you do buy me FIFA 21 I might actually do my chores without being asked and I’ll do most things you tell me to do-that is if I hear it. I would thank you everyday for a month, but if it gets annoying (which it will) I will stop.
These are only three of the reasons that you should buy me FIFA 21. As I have previously stated I will be very thankful if you do decide to buy me FIFA 21 and you will not have to deal with me moaning that there is nothing to do. Currently there is nothing that I would rather have for a present right now and if you buy me FIFA I will be able to flex on my friends.
From your favourite child Maxwell
P.S The release date is October 6th so you will have to either pre order or buy it then.

Why do we need to Drink Water?
Water is crucial to the survival of the human race and it does a lot for us. Water cushions and lubricates the joints between our bones, helps regulate our temperature and nourishes our spinal cord and brain. If you don’t drink enough water you’ll likely have a lack of energy and won’t be very productive.
Different people need different amounts of water. Depending on factors like your age and gender you might need to drink more than other people. Everyday we lose about three litres of water from sleeping, breathing and even going to the toilet. The average male needs to drink 2.5-3.7 litres a day while the average female only needs 2-2.7. We need to drink water because otherwise we might have drops in mood and blood pressure which could lead to dizziness and you could hurt yourself falling over.
Drinking water has many major health benefits. Water helps our brain function which is why it is so important for children to hydrate so they can learn easier. If you become dehydrated your brain can shrink, a dehydrated brain has to work harder to accomplish the same thing as a hydrated brain. However over hydrating or hyponatremia is just as bad. Overhydration can cause headaches, vomiting and sometimes even seizures and death.
Hydrating is not only important for survival, it is also helpful to learn with a hydrated brain. The average human is about 55-60% water, yet we can only survive without water for 3-4 days. You should constantly be aware of how much water you’re drinking because in some severe cases not hydrating could cost you your life.

Deforestation
Deforestation can also lead to other problems such as climate change, flooding, desertification (the process of fertile land becoming a dessert) and many more. The lack of trees also allows more greenhouse gases into the air which cause air pollution. Currently the South American rainforests produce 20% of Earth's oxygen and they are being destroyed at a rate of 4 hectares (10000 metres squared) a decade. If these rates continue we will lose a lot of oxygen and even more plant life.
One of the most dangerous effects of deforestation is the loss of habitat for animals. 80% of animals found on land live in forests of some kind and if deforestation continues we won't even discover thousands of species. Many animals depend on the forests to live which is why this would affect them so heavily.
Deforestation also affects millions of indigenous people as well as animals. An estimated 350 million people live in or close to dense forests. Deforestation leaves many indigenous people without homes and they also rely heavily on the forest and the removal of the forest would have an unimaginable impact on their lifestyle that no one other than themselves would understand.
In my opinion deforestation is one of if not the most serious threat to the Earth. Because deforestation causes climate change if it was to be stopped we'd be hitting two birds with one stone. If it isn't stopped soon then the problem might spiral out of control until the point that we can't stop it.
